Microsim Adapters

Posted by DjRaz55 Sunday, June 20, 2010

While the news of Apple's iPad having 3G wasn't exactly a surprise, the move to a new format for the SIM certainly was. Till release of iPad 3G was MicroSIM used only in marginal GSM products such watches.

New smaller form factor allows MicroSIM to fit in these tiny devices. There is not absolutely clue what justification Apple had to switch to this new format.

The advantage is that chips of both new MicroSIM and "old" standart SIM (also called MiniSIM) are compatible. However size is different. With new MicroSIM Adaptor you will be able to change SIMs between new (iPad, iPhone 4G) and other GSM devices (phones, modem, etc.).

Do not pay for 2 or more data plans, use our MicroSIM Adaptor.

It works with the mirco-SIM cards of all SIM vendors
It can be used in almost every mobile phone
It is a purely mechanical solution and no part must be bended or moved to insert the micro-SIM card into the adapter
