1: First up, you will need to jailbreak your iOS device
2: In cydia Add source (http://repo.benm.at)
3: Search for Frash and install
4: Restart your iPhone or iPad and you are done. Now simply browse any Flash based site, click on the “Flash” text to play the Flash content.
